How to Get Your Latest EPF Account Statement?

Have you received your latest EPF statement of account?

I remember a few years back, I received my EPF statement by the middle or end of March. But, since 2008 I no longer receive the annual statement of account.

I am sure as an EPF account holder, you wish to know the amount of saving you have in our retirement fund, right?

How to get your latest EPF account statement?

Here, I share 2 ways how you can get your latest EFP account statement:

1. By printing the account statement from EPF Smart Kiosks

This was what I and my colleagues did. We went to the nearest Smart Kiosks and printed out the previous year and current year’s statements.

You can find the Smart Kiosk at all EPF offices nationwide or some selected banks and also at the National Heart Institute.

Please check the complete Smart Kiosks list on the EPF website.

2. By registering i-Akaun

Basically, i-Akaun is an online account where EPF members or employees can access services offered by EPF.

It is an online portal. And its main purpose is to facilitate its members and employer to view and update their personal details on EPF matters online.

Members can also use the calculator in i-Akaun to check their withdrawal eligibility.

I registered mine in April 2009. I find that it’s easier for me to monitor my EFP transactions.

Before registering for i-Akaun, make sure you have your Activation Code and EPF number ready. You can get the Activation Code from EPF offices or through Smart Kiosks. Then, follow the step-by-step on the EPF website.

Final thoughts

In summary, you can easily obtain your latest KWSP account by using one of the 2 methods above.

Personally, I encourage you to register for i-Akaun. Because other than viewing your latest EPF statement, you can also get access to your EPF account 24 hours online. It is truly convenient and saves you a lot of time.

What you are waiting for? Register your EPF i-Akaun today.
