Have you received your 2008 EPF account statement? I received mine somewhere towards the end of June 2009.
From the EPF website, there is an announcement dated 18 June 2009 that they had successfully posted out all account statements for their EPF members.
In case you have not received your 2008 EPF account statement, you can try any of the methods below:
- print the EPF account statement from any EPF Smart Kiosks nearby. You can refer to EPF website on the full list of EPF Smart Kiosk throughout the nation
- view or print it from your own computer through EPF i-Akaun. But, first, you need to register for an i-Akaun. You can easily do so at the EPF Smart Kiosk too.
- you can check with your Human Resource Department
- you also can check with your nearest EPF office. Maybe you had recently relocated and did not update your mailing address
If you need to view your account urgently, you can choose the first option above by visiting the nearest EPF Smart Kiosk.
Else, I suggest the second option. Because after you’ve completed the registration process, you can log in and view your EPF account transaction and account details anytime, anywhere from your own computer.
Of course, you must have Internet access and you must remember your login name and password.
